HONK!TX (Honk Texas) is a nonprofit, family-friendly, community festival that brings street and brass bands from around the world to perform for free in the public spaces of Austin, Texas. I have been closely involved on the festival production committee for marketing and merchandise. I conducted a brand audit and redesigned the logo and evergreen branding. I streamlined merchandise preparation and displays, improving workflow and increasing sales. I create the annual design with one-of-a-kind illustrations for t-shirts and posters, plus print and digital marketing, and sometimes special merchandise like a coloring book.
